Department of Interprofessional Health Sciences and Health Administration, Seton Hall University collected information about frontline employees and self-care during the COVID-19 pandemic. They are analyzing the self-care among healthcare workers data now. They presented some of the findings at previous conferences and have proposals submitted now. One of defining issues was the ability to work from home during the COVID-19 pandemic. More healthcare workers could work from home than they thought.
