We hope to see you there!

Monday, February 26, 7PM Eastern. Speaker Series with Ruth and Mohammed Nasrullah, COVID19 Wall of Memories, "Telling the story of COVID-19 in America"

Google Meet to connect

Monday, April 29, 7PM Eastern. Speaker Series with Dr. Jason Heavner, Associate Chief Medical Officer. "Long COVID" Dr. Heavner was the Chair of BWMC's Critical Care and Pulmonary Department during COVID-19. His team’s innovation and expertise resulted in the hospital having exceptional COVID outcomes—outcomes that rivaled national standards. He has been intimately involved with BWMC's Long COVID patient group.

Later this year...Dr. Michelle Lee D'Abundo, Associate Professor, Department of Interprofessional Health Sciences and Health Administration, Seton Hall University, and her colleagues collected information about frontline employees and self-care during the COVID-19 pandemic. They are analyzing the self-care among healthcare workers data now. They presented some of the findings at previous conferences and have proposals submitted now. One of defining issues was the ability to work from home during the COVID-19 pandemic. More healthcare workers could work from home than they thought.
